DESCRIPTION:El 12 de noviembre\, la comisión de la ITRE dará la bienvenida a Margrethe Vestager\, Vicepresidenta Ejecutiva de Una Europa para la era digital\, en relación con el estado de las TIC y las iniciativas legislativas en el ámbito digital. \nSerá un intercambio de opiniones sobre las próximas propuestas legislativas en el área digital y un debate más general sobre la posición de la UE en la política de las TIC y los retos que se avecinan. \nLa Comisión seguirá presentando este año una serie de propuestas legislativas\, como un Reglamento sobre la gobernanza europea de datos\, una nueva estrategia de ciberseguridad y una revisión de la directiva NIS\, así como de la Ley de Servicios Digitales. Para el próximo año\, el programa de trabajo de la Comisión también contiene numerosas iniciativas nuevas en materia de política de TIC. El debate no sólo se centrará en las propuestas políticas concretas\, sino que también permitirá un debate en profundidad sobre la autonomía estratégica de la UE en el ámbito digital y la cuestión de la competencia en el mercado digital.
