DESCRIPTION:Debido a la pandemia esta visita prevista por el panel tecnológico y científico del Parlamento Europeo se realizará de manera telemática para conocer de primera mano el trabajo del Centro Común de Investigación o más conocido como Joint Research Center. \nLas operaciones del CCI en Ispra constan de muchos laboratorios e infraestructuras de investigación únicas orientadas a brindar respuestas basadas en la ciencia a los desafíos políticos de dimensiones tecnológicas y socioeconómicas. Varias de las áreas de investigación clave del CCI son de especial relevancia e interés para STOA\, incluida su investigación sobre la economía del cambio climático\, la eficiencia energética y el transporte\, y su trabajo sobre el conocimiento para el crecimiento. \nPor lo tanto\, esta visita proporcionará a los miembros del Panel de STOA información y conocimientos relevantes\, así como contactos útiles con científicos y expertos de alto nivel\, en vista del trabajo futuro de STOA.
